Benitez is a quality manager but if he thought at Newcastle he wasn't given enough money for transfers then he'll be in for a shock north of the border, Celtic along with Rangers have very little money to bring in top players, That's why they fail in Europe, Ok against a QOS but compared to the EPL the SPFL haven't a pot to **** in.
