Jeez, if you think I'm going to have 50% Novichok injected in me..!

Ha ! Yep. I'm definitely not going to try that one.

How are things in the East Indies. I read cases were back up on the rise out there?
I haven't checked the data recently but I think we've had about 25,000 deaths, which is not good, but relatively quite good, considering the population is 260m.
They've been pretty tight about the lockdowns.. Schools have been closed all through the lockdowns but are reopening in January. Many shops are closed and
WFH is the standard for office workers.
Of course, some will question the accuracy of the stats, but nobody here seems to be doubting them, not even on social media, which is totally
open and forthright. There have been no problems about food supplies - things would kick off if there were - and solidarity payments/food parcels are regularly distributed. to the have - littles.
Overall people just seem to be getting on with it - nowhere near as much controversy here as in the UK.
One advantage here is that things are done on a much more community-based approach, and the chain between the community up to the mayor and the governor seems to work well.

There’s no legs. The science of Dr Andrew Wakefield was hugely flawed and proven to be hugely flawed.

I have an autism specialist in my close family. To say they were furious with Wakefield is an understatement.
With the Wakefield thing, I don't think it was his hypothesis that put people off as much as the plethora of people suspecting that the jab had caused autism in their children. Always along the lines of 'child was absolutely fine up to 18 months old, then within weeks of the MMR jab they began acting very wierdly which transcended over the years to fully blown autism'.

Again, the number of cases were small and were rare, but enough to make parents wonder why it used to be ok to have the jabs separately, but now it wasn't.

Those kids were autistic before, they just hadn’t been diagnosed. The MMR in no way causes autism. The furore caused was an example of the media listening to a fruit loop scientist and whipping up the public. The wave of scientists coming back saying it was ******** weren’t listened to as it didn’t sell papers. It was unnecessary and extremely dangerous. Anyway, that’s for another time.

Kay Burley and Beth Rigby of Sky Views caught breaking Covid regulations. You’ll remember how Beff asked Cummings if there was one rule for him and another one for others. 🤣

So did Rita Ora for a SECOND time but apparently she has apologised so that ok then? I have no respect for anyone breaking the rules, Whether it be Cummings, A footballer, Politician, Pop star and even a news anchor but the double standards on what should happen afterwards to them is beyond contempt.

So this morning the first vaccine was administered to a 90 year old, Pleased as puch she was and hopefully it will make her safe. Lets hope this is the start of seeing the light at the end of a very long tunnel. One small gripe though is why if a "Celebrity" has one live on TV etc then we all follow, I'm sorry to tell all the Twitter, Facebbok, Instagram lovers (Which apprently is only 12% of us) we don't give a stuff about whether you have one, I'll take my advice from a medical person, Not some narccasist like Piers Morgan or the fatburg Gemma Collins etc.

Apparently the second patient to receive the vaccine was William Shakespeare of Warwickshire. Are we doing this right? :)

Not only does the vaccine fight Covid, it revives the dead.

Who chooses the order of rebirth ?
