It is, but with 20,530 new cases and 224 new deaths in the past 24 hours, not such encouraging news, sadly.
Well, even that is encouraging. The daily rates have been hanging around the 20K mark all week. This is way under previous estimates and doom laden warnings. The rate of increase is coming down. Testing numbers are up too (between 250 - 300K now?). Even at 20K a day, this is only around 8% of those tested.

Let's get all this into perspective.

Is that because everyone has now managed to ramp up their testing?

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
It will be awkward for supermarket staff in Wales with the banning from sale of certain non essential items.
I would imagine it was bad enough dealing with the public during the last lockdown but this is going to cause unnecessary friction.

“I’m just obeying orders”..It is a reminder of other times 😮

Sadly yes.

It is doing what this type of virus has done in the past. We should not be surprised.

This clip comes to mind. Just a few words need to be changed as it does not seem it is going to kill us all.

I have noticed the GWR Services that run through Exeter to London are fairly empty of passenger side.
My sister went up to London today and said there was one other person in the carriage.

Good evening sir.

No, we have lots to do around the mansion and the estate.

See how happy they all are.
