My dad came home from work one day and as he got out of his van i shot him with a blackcurrant which hit him right in the eye. Whilst this wasn't my intention, i can't argue with the fact that i'd done it.

This reminds me, we all had Black Widow catapults back in the day. A half-inch ball bearing fired from one of those could have been lethal.

We used to climb on QE upper roof and fire eggs at the kids playing football on the quad.
Had you been watching the film "If" ? 😲

Never seemed to work that good, Since we never lived in an area with high rise flats it was a case of throwing them out of a bedroom window.

Used to love them and made me own with plastic bags, cotton and a toy soldier.

Reminds me of when I tried to make a hot air balloon with a carrier bag and me mum’s hair dryer. All I succeeded in doing was breaking the hair drier which made a loud pop whilst acrid smoke came out of the back.

Yep, Like a lot of these things they were really cheap you could get with pocket money or a free gift with a comic.

Imagine nowadays, Walking down the road with your mates with a Gat Gun, Air rifles and a knife in its holster on your belt to play "War"
Imagine back then, a group of men walking into a bank wearing masks, happens all the time now! 😊
