Just starting the thread in anticipation of the Austria Pt II round of the season for discussion to avoid the TV thread for the few and myself that are interested. Others are free to say how boring it is/not as good as Fangio v Moss etc ;).

Main talking points of the week so far;

Ferrari rushing through updates that were originally planned to come out in Hungary. Can they give Leclerc a decent tilt at the Championship after he dragged the Fez donkey to an unexpected 2nd from poor qualifying performance? Or is the technical clarification from the end of last season that mysteriously robbed their car of previous quick pace still too much to overcome in a short time.

Fernando Alonso back at Renault for 2021 - another seat gone for 2021, is this the last season for Vettel? Can he stop spinning?

Will Bottas strengthen his lead or will Hamilton come back as normal?

Will Crofty know his Lando from his Carlos and stop calling Racing Point "Force India"? Probably not.

Don't have Sky sports, so no longer have a massive interest, sadly

Highlights still on Channel 4 😉.

It's not for everyone. My grandad got me into it young and I've never escaped.

Yeh, I watched them on Sunday. Not quite the same.

Four legs good (except in the case of a lady) and four wheels usually good but not in the context of F1 Mr Ballz. Used to like the sport years ago but my interest has waned dramatically. Could be down to Bernie Ecclestone coming into it.

All due respect for those who enjoy it mind. Each to his own and all that.

Looking forward to this weekend's race. If it's anything like last weekend's it should be a cracker.

The variable weather this weekend could make this very interesting.
