I’m in the Campania region where there are only 1,700 cases compared to Lombardy, where there are 41,000 cases. Surprising owing to the size of Naples and how on top of each other everything is. However, there is a worry that the South is going to get hit a lot more over the coming weeks. How are things where you are at the moment Ben ?
Thanks mate.Keep safe..I’m in the Campania region where there are only 1,700 cases compared to Lombardy, where there are 41,000 cases. The latest is that in the poorer South, families are running out of money to buy food for their families. There are talks of organised raids on supermarkets for food and some Italians have said a revolution is coming. The authorities have been very strict here, the Campania governor has also stopped outdoor exercise. If the social unrest starts to be seen, things could get nasty.
In stark contrast to here, where we have the money but no available food to spend it on. Either way, it could lead to rioting/looting.The latest is that in the poorer South, families are running out of money to buy food for their families.
Quite a few people have 2nd homes in nicer parts of the country and i guess they think it's better to isolate there rather than their city homes, Total idiots mindWhy the hell would anyone want to go on holiday whilst the whole country is closed and in the middle of a global viral pandemic?! These people are clinically insane and need sectioning asap for the good of society.
