The King is Dead. Long Live The King!
Inspired by the Match Of The Day Podcasts of the top 10 best Premier league goal-scorers , I thought it might be a bit of fun to do a City based version . I know that Exeter City have nothing to do we the PL but it remains a useful starting point for discussion, and this period in time since 1992-3 could be defined at the start of the Modern Era, also it is not too distant in the past to exclude younger fans but is far enough away to gain some perspective to be a useful exercise!

So who in your opinion are the greatest City goal-scorers of the modern era ?
Mine in alphabetical order are

1) Jamie Cureton
2) Sean Devine
3) Steve Flack
4) Richard Logan
5) Jamie Mackie
6) Steve Moran
7) Darren Rowbotham
8) Jayden Stockley
9) Adam Stansfield
10) Ollie Watkins
subs Ronnie Jepson & Martin Phillips

Now get off of the fence and put them in one to ten. And what is Buster doing on there? He was a winger not a goalscorer.

I wasn't a supporter back in the 90's but I always remembered seeing Rowbotham knocking in goals on our local Yorkshire goals on sunday show against Yorkshire sides. Thought at the time that this bloke must score every week!

Dazza has to be first end of. Why? Because you cannot discount prior to what he did before the cut off date. After that,
2) Stockley
3) Cureton
4) Devine
5) Watkins
6) Stanno
7) Flackie
8) Moran
9) Logie
10) Jepson

It's a pretty sorry state of affairs when Logan makes a top ten goalscorers list :ROFLMAO:
