Probably won't go through with it but will ask for a public apology from Flint. Flint's comment was actually hearsay.Interesting to see how that one works out

As opposed to any criticism of "the Great JC" which, even now, is still regarded as heresy?!Probably won't go through with it but will ask for a public apology from Flint. Flint's comment was actually hearsay.
Flint has criticised Corbyn : "partly to blame/unpopular on the doorstep - out of touch". Many Labour MPs who lost their seats of course are peed off and pointing the finger at him.As opposed to any criticism of "the Great JC" which, even now, is still regarded as heresy?!
ooh. linky thing per chance? wouldn't want to miss yet more red on red. it's priceless.Should've heard Kinnock Jnr on Politics Live today, Mike.
If Flint was smouldering, young Stephen was glowing incandescent! (and he still kept his seat)
Yep. There's all hell to pay. The membership is strong, though, and Corbyn respects them more than he respects his MPs. Can't see how a moderate can be elected as leader. Will there be a new party formed to cater for the centre left ? Disaffected labour + liberals might be interested. Might sound far-fetched, but we're living in strange political times.Should've heard Kinnock Jnr on Politics Live today, Mike.

Mike you are old enough to remember that has been tried before in similar circumstances & more recently to no effect on the electorate. Will there be a new party formed to cater for the centre left ?
