Moment like that should be a timely reminder to everyone about how important the Emergency services are to society.

Not necessarily. The devices were, apparently, standard pressure cooker IEDS similar to those used overseas. Could still be either way ...

Does seem to be more like a homegrown type than snackbars

As an aside has anyone seen the footage shortly after this happened when people were apparently looting official jackets and medals from what looked like a stall on the street ?
