EFL Trophy 2024/25: Group Stage Confirmed
The 16 invited U21 teams have been placed in the 16 EFL groups. Exeter City’s group of Bristol Rovers and Swindon Town will be joined by Tottenham Hotspur U21. Exeter City will play two of their three games at home, including Spurs. First matches will be played in September, all the games will be available in the UK via Sky Sports.
