Can you help at St James Park on Saturday?

With no football on Saturday for Exeter City fans, the Club have organised a working party to help paint the steps behind the Old Grandstand (Stagecoach family stand). The Club is therefore looking for volunteers to turn up on Saturday 4th October at 8am for 4 hours work.

No skills or tools will need to be provided by volunteers, and there will be refreshments of bacon rolls and hot drinks for volunteers. This will be an opportunity to fans to help out and also get to know some Stagecoach stand stepsmore of their fellow fans. No need to book in, just turn up in the morning.

The working party will be led by Deputy Estates Manager Charlie Woolnough.Who said of the working party:-

This is a job that has needed doing for some time, but we have never had the manpower to take it on.  So we’ll be delighted to welcome plenty of volunteers to St James Park to make a difference for their club while the weather is still in our favour.

Every extra pair of hands will make a big difference for City and every contribution will be gratefully received.  Getting the fans involved is hugely important as a supporter-owned club, and we’re hopeful that there will be a good turnout on the day.
