Third Friendly Added to Brazil Itinerary for Exeter City
Exeter City have confirmed that they have a third footballing fixture lined-up which will finish their Brazilian tour.They’ll be playing a match against RCAA (Rio Cricket Club) with a 1pm kick off (local time) on Friday 25th July at their headquarters in Rio.
The Club plays at Niterói, which is a city in its own right on the edge of Rio de Janeiro, connected by bridge and ferry.
The tour itinerary now reads:-
Sunday 20th July – Fluminense v Exeter City
Wednesday 23rd July – Tupi v Exeter City
Friday 25th July – Rio Cricket Associação Atlética v Exeter City
The game is close to the departure time for many fans who will have travelled to Brazil to watch the centenary celebrations, but they should be able to pack their suitcases, attend the game and return to the hotel to await their coach back to the airport.
