Just 1 day to go before the start of the 2013/13 season! Here we take a look at the possible 8 that will be struggling with the trapdoor to the Conference.

  1. Torquay Utd. Alan Knill will struggle to get his side in full swing. Losing Rene Howe will be a huge blow. Elliott Benyon and Billy Bodin will be key players forcity_at_wimbledon Torquay to stave off relegation.
  2. AFC Wimbledon. Despite having built a new team, success for Neil Ardley will be hard to find.
  3. Bury. Relegated after struggling in League 1 for a few seasons. Beset by  financial problems Kevin Blackwell will struggle to put out a team with any real quality. The exception being former Stoke City midfielder Tom Soares.
  4. Hartlepool. Another League 1 relegated side tipped to struggle. Despite positive noises coming from the club, Colin Cooper will also struggle with a small budget.morecambe_ecfc_feat
  5. Morecambe. Tight finances and a small squad will mean Jim Bentley will be unable to find winning ways. New signing and captain Mark Hughes will have to use all his experience to help his side.
  6. York City. York struggled last season, and there is no indication that Nigel Worthington has been able to improve the squad to be able to avoid a relegation scrap.
  7. Accrington Stanley. Tipped most seasons for relegation this could be the one where it York_city2happens. James Beattie starts his new career at money strapped Stanley. Goals will be difficult to come by as will be wins.
  8. Dagenham & Redbridge. Escaped relegation last season by 1 point. Wayne Burnett has managed to capture Brian Saah, but will this be enough to improve the quality of the team? Unlikely, and return to the Conference is likely.

Our top 8 prediction was here, and the middle 8 team here.
