A chance to see the City footballers on Wednesday 18th July, starting at 5 pm, playing a limited overs (20 of) cricket game. The opposition being a Topsham St James Invitation XI.Each outfield will bowl 2 overs.

The links between the two clubs go back to the turn of the last century when, legend has it, the St James Cricket Club sold the Park of the same name to the Football Club for a princely £7 – 10s.

The event will take place out at Topsham Rugby Club. Which of course  you know is off Topsham Road near the M5 motorway bridge.

The match will be complete by 8 pm, with a raffle and refreshments available afterwards, with City manager Paul Tisdale hosting a Q&A session in the marquee. ALL SUPPORTERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND. Money raised will go to the Topsham Rugby/Cricket Club pavilion renewal appeal and Exeter City FC’s Youth Academy.

Tables are available in the Marquee at £299 for a table of 10 (or £30 per head – groups of any size can be accommodated) to include:

  • Refreshments, including sandwiches and the proverbial strawberries and cream
  • Drinks from the bar, whilst stocks last!
  • Two complimentary tickets for an ECFC match during the season (for bookings of 10 or more)
  • Participation in the raffle, with a range of enticing football-related prizes available.
