I hear from a FGR fan I know that all is not rosy in the garden of Nailsworth.

Poor form coincides with a massive backlash against Dale Vince and the wooden white elephant stadium which has led to boycotts from fans and a lot of nasty namecalling on all sides.
Loyal supporters who are upset at the prospect of moving the club from its roots miles away to near the M5.

Any dissenters on social media are being blocked and banned.

Oh dear.

Oh dear. What a shame.

Even prior to Vince taking over there were issues with the running of the club (whose fans I always found to be very friendly - once when my Dad and I parked at the bottom of the hill a local gave us a lift up it to the ground). One of their board was also on the board of the Conference and was instrumental in using any means necessary to keep them in the division - at away matches for example he'd go around searching for any evidence of wrongdoing. He was instrumental in Altrincham picking up a hefty points deduction which relegated them to the benefit of....Forest Green.

I'm not surprised that their social media is something of a politburo.

How can it possibly be green to have a stadium everyone drives to?
