With shops asking people to use cards instead of cash, I wonder how those that won't or can't are getting on.

I can't remember the last time I used actual cash.
Great until the card reader in my local McCall's broke

Tesco and Costcutter near me are still both taking cash but would prefer contactless.

Still like cash me must be old school :)
Me, too.
There's a lot of fraud in the card system.i got ripped off 600 quid from my cashmachine.
And if you lose your card or forget the password it's a hassle.
And if you're in a queue some fecker's card will not compute and you have to wait yonks to pay
Give me cash any day (today would be fine).
Just wash your hands after using the money.

Wash your hands after using the card and wash the card too. The previous card in the reader may have had specks of the virus that it left behind.

Good point. In fact, the best advice is stay in bed for 3 months.

Unless it’s the same bed you share with you Wife, in which case get her to disinfect before she gets in every time or set up a camp bed for her in the shed. Besides, you’ll need all that room on the bed where she normally sleeps for essentials like ECFC programmes & books, survival rations, and drink ...... and the remote control.
