This is going to seem really stupid....

BUT...

I am a member of the trust and don't have the trust sign next to my name. What do I need to do to get it?

You need to log onto the trust website where you can then link your trust membership to your exeweb username.

Yeah... I don't have an actual Membership Number. Only got priority number and red and white card :/ Bit odd...

It came like 4 months late too!

Fill out this and they'll either let you know the number or give you a temporary log in until you can create your own.
I believe the new membership cards only have the priority number on as a lot pf people were getting confused between the two numbers when trying to buy tickets.....

You've got a membership card, Harry. It's got your priority number on it.
