Anyone who thinks this year's League 2 is particularly weak has clearly forgotten how distinctly average the Wycombe side that won promotion last season were.

Matt Taylor really loves Jake Taylor. Yesterday he talked about him being an ever-present and how he epitomises what he wants from a player.
Of course he is an ever present, as captain he is undroppable.

League Two is the same as it's ever been. I think if the division really was as poor as some make out we'd be seeing a lot more clubs coming straight back down again. As it stands though, Luton have had no trouble at all making the step up, Coventry finished in eighth, and Accrington and Wycombe both stayed up despite losing good players to clubs with deeper pockets.

Indeed, people generally talk up or down the league on their biases, it's always mainly poor with some decent teams who have got it right that year.

If that's what he wants we are in serious trouble - Most games seem to pass him by, contributes very little and is certainly not a goal threat. No idea why he in the starting XI let alone captain

The success in any league is consistentcy,we have been inconsistent this season and that’s why we have fallen short, are the teams that went up any better, maybe but they have all been consistent which has got them promotion!

Didn't realize Div 2 clubs get 500k award each season from the Football League. Thought it was less.
