The Tie Break Committee has now decided after not inconsiderable biscuit consumption that:

Snoop Fog

shall be declared the winner sharing 3 correct results with STURTZ.

Snoopers gets it by correctly predicting the goals in the Carlisle game where STURTZ was a goal out. In the other correct results of these two Goliaths the goals were out by the same margins.

Prior to the adoption of Stroudy’s Law it would have been declared as a tie. Bit like VAR now where a hair on your elbow can put one offside.
