It is certainly good news that the Cardozas seem to be getting their financial "come uppance". It however does highlight the appalling decision of the CPS in accepting a plea bargain in case the against Russells. Mr Russell of course copped a guilty plea, in return for charges against his wife being dropped. With their not inconsiderable, family assets being all in her name, it effectively prevented City from recovering the monies which they misappropriated from us.
