Hi,

Wonder if anyone on here can help with this.

I am trying to purchase a ticket for the Plymouth game through Ticket Zone, but when I put my details in, it says details not recognised.

I have checked my details match those on the Trust website and they do.

My trust number is 1364, so I am putting this in along with my surname and postcode.

Can anybody help with this?

Thanks

Larry

Hmm, do you not need your priority number. Never done it myself, so could be wrong.

I discovered you have to put a space between the two halves of your post code.

Caught me out first attempt that one - might that be your problem?

Yes you need to use "Priority Number" not your "Trust Membership Number"

Anybody with any queries should email us at [email protected] and we can look into specific propblems. However you will require your priority number and NOT your membership number.

Any problems do get in touch.

You should have had a letter with your priority number on it. If not then phone the club and they will give it to you, which you can then use to get your ticket.

If any Trust members want their priority number, email me at [email protected] and I should be able to look this up for you.
