Exeter City's match at Northampton Town on Saturday, April 20 has been moved to the slightly earlier time of 2pm.
The change has been made to avoid a direct clash with the Northampton Saints vs Leicester Tigers match, which is a 3.05pm kick off fixed by TV coverage.
This clash would cause logistical issue of very heavy congestion on the roads before and after the match with both stadiums being half a mile apart.
By kicking-off at 2pm staggering the start times by an hour, this gives football supporters of both teams the opportunity to get into the parking spaces first and be able to leave the site ahead of the rugby supporters who will share the same roads to exit their stadium.
