Feared this would happen but hopefully it's for the best. We haven't seen the best of him yet and after what happened to Forte last year I wonder whether complaints about his movement/laziness etc may actually have been because he was never 100% rather than an 'attitude' thing.

Hopefully he can come back stronger 💪 Wish him a good recovery

He'll come good but we wont be seeing the best of him this season. Even keyhole surgery takes a couple of months to recover from, and then he has to get match fit, and then he has to find his rhythm and form, and this is all assuming he doesn't get injured again or have a set back with his current injury. Its no-ones fault but realistically we're looking at next season now.

Maybe a season too late for us sadly.

Really? Hate to say it but bit of a waste of a wage this season.

Disappointing yes, but I don't suspect he did it on purpose - life happens.

True , but I think he’s past his sell by date for us anyway now.

He's just always injured. In for 3 games then out for 3 months. Shame, because he's a cracking player.

I would love to see him playing but don’t think he is a complete waste of a wage as he is great with giving advice to the young players and could be vital during the tough run in.
