I would like the EFL to do a lessons leaned from all of this season's problems with a number of clubs. So, that these problems are lessened in previous series. But I guess that the Club's Chairmen won't want to.

What happened to the old 3-0 win? Has that ever been official? Would they have done the same if Brentford were in the playoffs/automatics or a relegation scrap?
