Seriously it was that deceptive they made the software turn off the part that made the engine clean when you first turned your steering wheel..

Must try and catch up with that. The whole bleddy company should have been shut down and a lot of heads should have literally rolled, or at least spent the rest of their natural lives in jail. In WW1 it was mustard gas in the trenches, WW2 gas chambers, and now it's let's gas the planet - ruddy Germans !

VW is facing massive law suits in the USA over the scandal,£Billions they will pay to the US government.
A pity our own government could not get a piece of that action & get them to pay out for the damage that has been done on this side of the Atlantic..

Watched it before years ago but sat and watched the whole series on Netflix.

"After Hitler" On the Yesterday channel, Instead of watching docs about WW2, Which i love, This one is about the 4 years after it and what happened in Europe and the rise of the Cold War, 2 part series and well worth a watch
