I can't believe some people picked Deano over Friend at left back. Madness.
George would probably be the first name on my team sheet.

Also, Ampadu junior while clearly a talent didn't really do anything incredible whilst he was with us. I dont think you can justify squeezing him in over the plethora of other midfielders. I think even Harley deserves a spot over Ampadu because of the pivotal role he played in our promotion seasons.

Yes, it's all a matter of opinions. What's your best XI then?

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
Colin Randall was class and what made it even better was we got him for nothing from Slime.
A great midfielder, good on free kicks too...

He certainly was. As I recall, we did pay a fee - around £15,000 - but received a lot more than that when he went back down the A38.

Loving the boy Stanno
Well I’m certainly voting for Graham Parker in a defensive midfield role - right half in old money.

George looked a class act from the moment he broke into the first team, has gone on to have a great career and is probably a better player than Deano. However, we are talking about a greatest ever City eleven and few players have contributed more to City than Deano or better represented everything good about the club. He came into the team in our first season in non-league and left with the team promoted to League One. Deano also scored probably the most important goal in the club's history.
