1. Fried, but only just. Scrambled are nicer, but you can dip in fried.
2. Chips on a hangover, but hash browns generally.
3. Brown sauce, and anyone who says otherwise fails as a Brit.

Bacon doesn't usually come as optional, same with sausage. These are both gimmes for any proper fry, up along with mushrooms and baked beans of course!
