Olds beaten me to it.

However, it's the third time 'wires have been crossed' regarding Ipswich's finances since 2016.

Salford are splashing the cash again.

Average wages in League 2 are £1,700 a week. Salford offering to pay £5,000 a week to loan Will Griggs from Sunderland according to local paper #SAFC shieldsgazette.com/sport/football…

How do Salford afford it? Under the EFL salary rules they can pay out wages of 50% of income PLUS 100% of any shares sold to owners. Since the start of the season Salford owners have put in £2.5m which goes straight to wages if they wish

Sports Minister Nigel Adams says football is 'too dependent' on gambling
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51242829

If the figures are correct they’re quoting on BBC Breakfast today it’s got totally out of control...personally I’d like to see it banned completely from football all together.

The slogan when the fun stops stop is totally useless.
