Can someone enlighten me, how can those on 9 points be eliminated when the objective (as suggested by the thread title ) is to guess the number of points for the month. Apparently those on 10 points are still in the mix? I there a clause in the unpublished rules regarding individual match results? Not sour grapes just asking .....

ECFC have 4 points so far this month with two games remaining.

3 points for a win. 1 point for a draw. 0 for a loss

Even Stepthen Hawking couldn't get 9 points out of that.

Thank you for pointing out that there are only 2 remaining games this month :$ for some reason thought there was three! this is what happens when one retires, Days slip by without notice !
It was not my intent of my post to appear confrontational. Aside from the small mathematical error on my part, I note that true to form, sarcasm is not precluded from many a post here. I will not respond to or discuss any comments that are a result of anyone's political leanings. I accept that we all have differing views on these matters and expect others to respectfully accept the same.
