Our game now kicks off at 5:30pm. Takes away the train option for our fans as you wouldn't be able to get back after the game.

It's being shown live somewhere abroad apparently.
The magic of the f****** Cup......

I swear they're trying their best to annoy and frustrate as many fans as possible every year so that in the end people view it like they view International breaks. An annoying interloper upsetting the sacred schedule of the Premier League........

One of the reasons I am not too bothered about the FAC these days..KO times & match days all over the place nowadays.
Oh for the days of FA Cup games being played at 3pm on a Saturday..

FA Cup: Lack of 3pm kick-offs 'diminishes magic of the day', says FSF

Having less than a third of this season's FA Cup third-round matches in the traditional 3pm kick-off slot "diminishes the magic of the day", a supporters' group has claimed.

Only 10 of the 32 fixtures will start at that time on Saturday, 5 January.

The Football Association's new six-year, £820m overseas TV contract has contributed to a number of changes.

"There's a grave danger that they might threaten the magic of the FA Cup," the Football Supporters' Federation said.

I wonder what day and KO time we would have got for our game with Arsenal if it had happened.

We've been given 4168 tickets for our game. Don't think we'll sell out but it seems like every man and his dog is going to this one so hopefully between 2500-3000.

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
Wonder if the Blackpool Arsenal game will be embarrassing for blackpool's owners? A great opportunity for the protesters if only a few thousand home fans are there live on national tv.

The Oystons don't "do embarrassment", just interested in money. "Old Rapey" has no shame. This tie should not be picked for TV coverage.

Well, 2500 tickets sold so far and they're not even on general sale yet, so maybe we will get close to selling out.

Should be a cracking game and a real chance of an upset.

Only caveat is we played West Brom last season when they were terrible and they should have bee 0-5 up at half time  . Think it was 0-2 at HT. We froze. They looked world class (to be fair most of their side were international players). They were bigger, stronger, taller, faster than us. Not pleasant! But showed the gulf in class between a poor Prem side and a decent League 2 side.

We're trying to get a campaign going called "Scarfs Darn Sarf" where we're encouraging all fans to take a black and white scarf with them. The sight of up to 4000 fans twirling their scarves around their heads chanting "Mariners Mariners" as the teams come out should be an amazing sight and give the players a boost, not that they should need it.
