You're trying to argue hitler wasn't a socialist. And you're suggesting Malcs hasn't got a leg to stand on?

And guess what your proof of this is? Snopes fact-check article.

Forget what Hitler himself has said in mass rallies, forget that he led the national socialist workers party, let's look at his policies shall we?

Innovated public work schemes which gave workers increased benefits
Promising everyone a job - Which he created jobs by increasing the state, then allowing wages to rise with prices because he wanted people working for the Government
Free daycare and big on education, basically an entire generation raised by the state
Nationalised healthcare
Up to an 80% tax
Implemented gun control

I could literally go on and on forever. But to somehow claim Hitler wasn't a hard-left wing socialist proves you haven't got a clue what you're on about. He was your types leader back in the 1940s.
As Temporarily-Exiled has evidenced for us, holding antipathy towards capitalism, supporting some socialist methods and supporting greater equality within a select ethnic group doesn't mean someone is a socialist. This is a trick the Nazis tried to pull, in their case exploiting the term socialist as part of propaganda efforts to make their politics seem more acceptable, especially to workers. It's not dissimilar to fascists today trying to exploit football subculture to try and normalise them and their politics. Hitler wasn't a socialist. He detested the hard left and communists and actual socialists were severely repressed, often with their lives. As such it's a crass comment to make.

Most probably are but that's not to say because you personally feel that way others aren't entitled to their opinions because that would in itself make you a fascist ? No ?
Being intolerant of intolerance is not fascistic or illiberal.

Very droll. It's a bit hipster but so what? Incredibly relaxed atmosphere. You should come and watch a game sometime :)
TBH I don't want Thai street food (tried the real stuff and all it did was give me the squits) and craft beer , I want a few beers with mates I only see sometimes during the football season a some sort of traditional pasty and a bit of banter.

I want a football ground to be a mix of emotions, the way you portray it makes it sound like everyone politely claps and goes home to a log fire and Pimms.

I'm not sure whether Leads knows where they play...As far as I know they are playing at Imperial Fields which is the Home of Tooting and Mitcham, as they've been kicked out of Champion Hill for the moment.... I can't be sure as I was blocked on their Twitter feed for suggesting that Harriet Harman was a one issue politician... :)

The biggest war wasn't actually started over fascism it was started mainly down to militarism, alliances, imperialism and at the time of the First World War the fascists weren't really in the frame it wasn't until the Second World War that they became a force and their own agenda driven by a jumped up Corporal.
Fascism causes wars. World War II was literally started by fascists. Check your history books, a fascist Germany pushed and pushed, taking Alsace-Lorraine, the Sudetenland, Czechoslovakia, and annexing Austria. To then try to lay the blame mainly at the feet of 'alliances'... honestly, I'm not sure how disrespectful you're trying to be. It's the UK's fault for starting WWII, because we had an alliance with Poland – meanwhile the fascist ideology gets off scot-free? Jesus.

You're going to get yourself in a terrible linguistic mess.........................
If you're not intolerant of fascism, then fascism will take hold. It's quite a famous paradox.

You keep linking to historians and social commentators who support your theories...This doesn't mean that these 'theories' are established or define a reality...first lesson, always question a conclusion.

What? Nazi Germany starting World War II by invading parts of France, Czechoslovakia and Poland is a theory, not a fact? We're beyond the looking glass here.
