Indeed. He should take a bow, man.
The source is desperation. Sweeney has been rubbish for ages IMO - and both Taylor and Collins seem to have the athleticism, tenacity, and right foot required to play an attacking right back role for games where the opponent is happy to sit back and invite pressure. Even though they might be best in central midfield, Law is better than either of them IMO, and on recent form there's a good chance either or both is better at right back than Sweeney. What is with this weird idea that keeps being repeated that Taylor and Collins can play at right back? Both of them are best played at centre midfield.
That is interesting if that is correct. Looking forward to the highlights. He is a big unit. The only positive from that game was that we've definitely signed a capable keeper, definite man of the match. Pym would have got nowhere near that curling shot that Ward parried around the post.
So not the win and 3 points then! The only positive from that game was that we've definitely signed a capable keeper, definite man of the match. Pym would have got nowhere near that curling shot that Ward parried around the post.
