He isn't that stupid though CB ... he kept hold of the only bit that actually made money in the Pavillions bit , The extortionate food and drinks prices have crept up since he took over.
If I remember correctly didn't Harry sell off the car park bit of the Pavillions to be developed AHAHAHAHAHA couldn't make it up.
