Cidermen 329 all out, setting Yorks a target of 426 to win. 41-1 so far.

Meanwhile Essex 120-2 at lunch, still trailing Warks by 397 runs.

Hard to see Yaarkshire winning or holding out for a draw and it looks nearly impossible for Essex to win in Brummieland so looking good for the Cidermen.

We're about to kiss goodbye to our promotion chances, 7 down for not many.

Our batting has been awful for 2-3 years now since our title win, something recognised by our management this week in signing, er, a bowler.

And like that we've lost.

The natives are getting VERY restless, I'm not the only one to point out the utter, utter stupidity of us signing a seamer when we've got a great bowling attack and nobody scoring runs.

Yorks teetering on the edge of the abyss at 94-7. Can the Cydermen chalk up a 20pt win inside three days ?
