The invited teams have been confirmed, with Arsenal one of the new teams

Moneywise, the Vegans have probably got the best deal there.

Looks like the Bristol Rovers game will be at home as the Yeovil game has to be away (we played them at home last season).
" ... if there is a situation where two teams meet in the Group Stages for a second successive season, then the club who was at home in 2017/18 will play away in 2018/19. All EFL clubs will play two of their three matches at home in the Group Stages".

When do we know the invited team and whether that is home or away?

When the EFL get their act together. Farcical/tells lots about the competition, when the composition of the groups is rigged, not drawn. But home I think...

It'll be Yeovil away, Bristol Rovers at home, Invited team at home.
The EFL draw will be watched by billions and break the internet.
