Wemissmoxey, the reason I've not been on here for a while is due to the fact I've been busy with physio, my leg is better and am currently light training again with Weymouth to help my fitness. I'm hopefully going to be fit enough for the London marathon next year.

As I stated above I would me more then willing to help out the exeweb team. How are you guys doing?
