Would this be Wayne Carlisle ?? It's hard to keep up with the seemingly endless changing of job titles and areas of responsibility these days !

Interesting that assisting with the first team is seen as a promotion. I know it's not as glamorous but arguably the job that Wayne was doing before should be seen as second only in importance to the job of first team manager.
