However much we dislike this competition, it's still money for winning. Only the IP Office Stand open tomorrow night and adult tickets are a tenner.

A mix of seasoned pros and youngsters for tomorrow night I suspect.

Here's Jason's preview http://www.exeweb.com/2018/12/03/next-up-exeter-city-vs-peterborough-united-efl-trophy/

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
Made a lot more money from this maligned competition(£35k : 2 wins@ 10k plus 5k for the draw at Yeovil & 10k for being in the paint pot) than we made in the FAC.

£20k for the winners tomorrow.
Seems a bit vulgar to bring it down to money, but after the limp FAC exit, with the mediocre gate receipts after Blackpool’s expenses,it will be welcome if the Grecians progress.

To be fair (odious that he may have been in the past) a decently respectful observation on the match. And the fact that they appear to be doing an "overnighter" suggests that they, at least, might be regarding tomorrow as a little less tinpot than some might have expected.

GAME ON, Matt m'lad. :D

Crafty...If it’s the same as the other cup competitions, they can claim the overnight stay on expenses before the share of the gate is split.

Though IIRC the cost of the overnight comes out of our match receipts. Another reason not to go; paying towards Evans feeding his face...

Or, judging by his past record, I wouldn't put it past him to pretend to have had an overnight stay and bung in some "receipts" to claim the cash back.
