Any plans for the People's Independent Republic of Cullompton to enter?

Cornwall join Conifa to play 'international football'

A group of football enthusiasts and coaches in the county have set up the Kernow Football Alliance and joined Conifa - the Confederation of Independent Football Associations.

And they hope a Cornish team could soon be playing games against the likes of Zanzibar, Northern Cyprus, Abkhazia and even Yorkshire.

Cornish Pirates have aspirations of eventually playing in the Rugby premiership which would require a new stadium in Truro which the local soccer team would share. The Kernow soccer team might struggle whereas the rugby team would flourish what with the region producing good players. Perhaps they could replace Italy in the Six Nations Championship seeings their win/lose ratio couldn't get any worse ;)
