    It seems that once you're in the system in the Premier League you have a very good chance of getting another job after being sacked until you've failed several times or got your club relegated.
    Silva was the in thing based purely on his good start at Watford - a start which disintegrated after a dozen games. Most CEOs/Chairmen know eff all about football.
