Do you have any thoughts on improving the match day experience? I'm guessing they're not talking about the 90 minutes on the pitch!

I think the experience of families is one of the things that they are looking to improve.

The Family Centre underneath the IP Stand is a excellent place & shows how far things have come in the past decade,the football club are certainly going in the right direction on that score.
