Mother****ers. That was quick. Good luck to him, he has a massive future just a shame we didn't get to see more of him.

What's Danny Seaborne up to?

Disappointing but....1) He hasn't gone to Buckinghamshire, 2) Substantial fee - Preston themselves have had a couple of big sales recently, so have money, 3) hopefully sell on clauses as well 4)Another of the Academy train should give another youngster an opportunity

Really disappointed that we didn't keep hold of him until at least January but wish him all the very best for his future career.
Step forward Max Smallcombe??

I thought Max was a midfielder and had been injured for much of last season?

Shame to see him move so soon into his Exeter career. Look at the positives though. JMT and Brown are a great partnership if we're playing four at the back, plus Sweeny, Croll and Deano who played well there last season. Then a substantial fee allows us to get a better calibre of player in, simarly like when Wheeler was sold last year and Stockley, plus Boateng were brought in on presumably good money. Good luck Jordan!

He seemed to have a really tough season with injuries last year at Bideford but he featured a lot with the Wales youth age groups so obviously has potential. Centre mid so has some competition.

This confirms what we'd all suspected for some time now, we've gained a reputation for producing great youth prospects. We used to get at least a couple years before bigger clubs would notice a good player down here - now we get half a season it seems. We won't miss him if JMT and Brown can stay fit all season, but that's a huge 'if'.

Let's hope we start building soon. I see Sonny Bradley has left GAWS for Luton on a Free.......

Did not want to read this and am finding it very difficult to understand why the Club has done it now. We did not need to sell and could have kept him and cashed in with a substantial transfer fee in 12 months time. I sincerely hope that we have secured a good deal and have not given him away.
