Not having a go, but with the Chiefs game moved back 24 hours and about to kick off, is there any reason why we couldn't do the same?
One to look at got the future?

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
I am guessing they weren’t sure enough of it clearing for chesterfield to travel yesterday, plus with further home games on 10th and 13th and some rain forecast maybe they would prefer not to overuse the pitch and play it in mid April when it will hopefully be dryer and warmer.

Are there any stats about midweek games and who's more likely to win them? Assuming Chesterfield will now be playing us on a Tuesday, do home sides win more in the week than at the weekend? Or does the later kick-off mean the away side have a less rushed journey. In the world of football analysis, assume someone must've worked out if there's a footballing advantage in cancelling.

Oh come on Richard, after over 12K posts here you should realise that is far too sensible an answer for Exeweb.

Even as I type I expect Malcolms is already preparing a snarky response that it would never have happened in his day...
...Credy will tell us such things never happen at Anfield...

...and Pate will be blaming Tisdale.

Loving the free flowing entertaining football at S
Wouldn't of been enough police for both games to be on the same day
