I think pancakes are certainly best avoided. . . . .especially by pilots !

Lemon, sugar, syrup. American ones though not the flimsy crepe ones.

Nice and plain with a bit of sugar, a bit of lemon, and a bit of strawberry jam....Yum !!

Lemon and sugar or nutella and vanilla ice cream.

They aren’t toppings when you roll them up.

Folding pancakes into a triangle is the way forward.

Sliced bananas and chocolate spread is the best filling.

I am sure this one has been done before.

I shall be interested in Stroudy's recipe given his antipathy to the use of sugar. (I remind all: best omelettes ever using Stroudy's method; the man is a culinary genius innit)
