Can’t believe we didn’t keep a clean sheet. Pym out. Tisdale out.

    Re: WBA Prediction Thread

I can't decide whether Pardew will make 11 changes to 'rest' players after a busy Christmas period and not care if WBA get knocked out. Or whether he'll be desperate not to add any more embarrassment to the shaky start he's made.

So he'll probably drop 5-6 first teamers and leave a few on the bench just in case things go wrong (which they will )

We had a great opportunity to beat Liverpool at home. That was a seriously young inexperienced side mixed with older players who never had a chance of playing for the Liverpool first team. I know WBA are dross and can't create or score but they're still recovering from Pulis-Ball. They're a seriously strong physical side and most are internationals. If he plays something resembling a a 1st team we will really struggle because we just can't compete physically on a wet heavy pitch (which it will be).

    I'm still quite optimistic though.......

Unfortunately even a mix of their first team and reserves will have too much for us.

0-3. we concede early and never get back in to it. Tisdale gives 2 youngsters their debuts.

I predict Clinton Morrison will be signed up on a temporary contract to boost our attack and will score the winner, of which we will never hear the end of.

Pardew will be on a big bonus to keep the Baggies up and his players are knackered and depressed after playing 2 games in 2 days. It's better for him to give his first teamers a rest : it would be even more embarrassing and demoralising for him and the team if he played his first team and they lost. It has to be about survival for him and fark the FA Cup.

    Re: WBA Prediction Thread

Can't tell what will happen, WBA in dire trouble in the premiership, may play a weakened side (then again so might we!).

One interesting factor could be that very strong winds are forecast from the NE at the moment, the opposite of the usual, could be important.
