I'd guess it would be 3 pm on the Saturday and cheaper than 15 quid

    Or Woking

Woking v Peterborough would have a good chance of a live TV slot. BT televise games outside the M62, unlike the BBC these days

Either way I don't see why they can't just decide on most of the ties. If our game really may be on the Sunday, pending the replays then say it. If if hasn't got a chance of being moved (which it shouldn't do), just confirm it now.

It's an absolute fecking disgrace. In the meantime fans of 38 clubs, and indeed the clubs themselves, are left unable to make any arrangements due to not knowing what day their match will be played ! The FA should have a clause written into the Televising Rights Contracts, requiring games to be selected within at most, 48 hours of the draw being made.

Why would the FA and the TV companies care about the fans?

    Nail hit on head...

To be honest I prefered the days when the TV company's had no interest in the early stages of the FAC,overhyped nonsense which is of little intrest to anyone else except the clubs involved. The recent hype for Hyde's game, you would think they were playing Real Madrid rather than MK Dons.

I am probably in a minority with that view, but the messing with KO times & dates, makes it a less appealing competition.

I genuinely can't see TV being remotely interested in a game between 2 league 2 sides who will pay each other twice this season anyway..... It'll be 3pm Satrurday, they'll just make us wait to find out for sure.

There was a shed load of round 1 games at 2pm on a Sunday, No TV coverage does not guarantee a 3pm Saturday KO...

I stand to be corrected but I think you'll find all those games were played at that time so Final Score could show the goals as they went in during their programme.
