It's Taylor's goal. All the players went to Taylor to congratulate him including Stockley who was shaking his head when they read out his name as the scorer. I can't believe anyone genuinely thinks the goal is Stockley's, he didn't get anywhere near it.

Tisdale in his interview after the match (can be found on twitter) said that Stockley is claiming it did skim his head

Watch the trajectory of the ball on the highlights. It definitely changes at some point of contact with either Stockley's head or the keeper's hand.

If you want confirmation, watch the celebrations. You can see Lloyd James ask Stockley if he touched it and he instantly shakes his head.
