And they have arguably the toughest run-in, with those top teams to come.....confidence must be sky high though

I am off to Luton v Accrington on Saturday with a mate who is a Stanley fan.

Luton are missing both Hylton and Collins. Should be a cracking game.

Stick this in your diary. Fixture list release date for 2018/19 will take place at 9am on 21st June.

Sorry for putting this here, but we don't have a "League 1 News" thread.

Really pleased for Accy and i hope they do go up. What they've managed to achieve since they regained their league status and done on crowds of just over a thousand is quite remarkable and it's a great little club (not wanting to be patronizing there).

Of those in the top 8 i've seen Mansfield a few times this year as it's been the only ground i have been able to get to for my footy fix due to illness and they've been all over the shop. They draw too many and as we saw when we went up there earlier on in the season, their vulnerability in the latter stages of games is incredible. They've had the managerial farce too and i'm thinking they will not make even the play offs.

What an achievement for Accrington being top the league ! Just shows it's not all about money

Or perhaps it’s more like it’s not about crowd size?
