What clock ?
The time that a post is posted is 2 minutes out from the real time. In the UK at least.

e.g posted this at 17.08 on my computer clock and watch time. Exeweb says 17.11

Ah, I see. That's no mystery. When you write a message and press 'post', the request is transmitted to Admin. They then have to allocate the message a #number to ensure each message is logged in the correct order of receipt. Admin then have to fire up the trusty Gutenberg press machine, set the type - checking font, size, special requirements etc - and physically print your message. It is then ready to be published. All this does, of course, take time. That Admin have got this down to just a few minutes is, frankly, quite remarkable.
