We were supposed to do this in the knock-out stages of an over-50s competition earlier in the summer, but by the time penalties came around everyone had forgotten.

That's the goal music sorted for shoot-outs, then.

Great to see in this computer age that the global powers in football have pulled out all the stops to get the greatest thinkers on the planet to come up with this ingenious concept :S, love the fact the EFL CEO is doing lots of self adulation back slapping

Indeed. The format of penalty shoot outs has been a constant problem in the Football League so i'm just grateful that it's been addressed at last.
